Run to Soar 5K

To celebrate Owatin Creek 4th grade teacher Mrs. Alisse Auchenbach's impressive accomplishment of qualifying for the 2025 Boston Marathon, ECEF is hosting our very first 5K! Come join us to run with Mrs. Auchenbach on Saturday, April 5, 2025 before she heads up to Boston for the big race (4/21/25).  We are partnering with Pretzel City Sports to make this an awesome morning run beginning at Trout Run Sports Complex and along the Schuylkill River trail. Registration begins at 7:30am with the race starting at 9:00am. We will also be having a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:45am. For more information, please see the registration form to the left. There are a limited number of sponsorship opportunties available. Sponsorships are $200 and include company name on the back of runner t-shirt and logo on a cape to be worn by Mrs. Auchenbach while competing in the Boston Marathon.
